Shipping Policy

At Mystery Chick, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

• Shipping time: Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days once shipped.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the United States. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or delivery service. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.​

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products (mystery boxes containing unclaimed mail and surprise items), all sales are final.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances — including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the contents

• Duplicate orders

• Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

Each Mystery Chick box is unique, and contents are random. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are getting assortment of mail items.
